UM Auto Attendant - call forward issue

Hi,

We have Lync 2013 servers and Exchange 2007 Unified Messaging server.

I have created UM Auto Attendant with the main number and Key Mapping with 8 different options. If I call the main number, then it will say 8 different options (as I recorded those voice messages). If I select the option then call going to the respective key mapped option.

Issue: When I call the main number then it rings and gives me option. I have selected the same. As soon as I select then it trying to ring the number, where I set the key mapping but call isn't established until I disconnect the main number call. I have to manually disconnect the main number call to continue the key mapping call.

How to fix this? Please advise.
