UAC Issues on windows 8.1
My CEO is having UAC issues. he is a local admin on his new windows 8.1 laptop and it is constantly tell him that he does not have admin rights on the computer and that the UAC is off and tells him to restart the computer to turn on the UAC.
I google'ed this and nothing came up. Anyone have any ideas?

Verify that the Group Policy Settings for UAC are configured correctly.
Computer Configuration - Windows Settings - Security Settings - Local Policies - Security Options.
You can also use the Refresh you PC without affecting your files feature.

Turns out is was a software conflict with some of the Lenovo software.
