Two users on the same PC. How to run the same aplication for both users concurrently?
Hello friends,I have two user accounts on my pc. Is it possible to run the same application (as an example: DEFRAG or disk cleanup utlities) for both users at the same time? I mean, do these utlilities work per user account or on the entire computer? Would that mean the same application would be running for one user in the background and in the foreground for the user, or am I totally lost in space?Thank you for your input1 person got this answerI do too

You need to run Disk Cleanup in each user account. Do not attempt to log off or switch users when defragging; file system corruption can occur. You would need to stop the defrag, log off, restart the defrag again and there really is no point to doing that.MS-MVP - Elephant Boy Computers - Don't Panic!
