So I imported two video files from my iPhone 5s as part of a college project and needed to edit them. The contents of the file went missing leaving the two files behind which, whenever I try and go into the folder I stored them in, crashes my folders. I don't want to recover the files I just want them deleted, someone please help me

What is your current situation?

If we have any restore points or backups available, please consider take use of them.

Besides, it seems Windows explorer crashes when have the Mov files copied from Iphone. We have threads talking about this already, please take a try with the workaround mentioned in the below thread and  see if it would work:

Is there any chance you have a patch to repair this problem yet? its been ongoing for a long time and its very frustrating, I've always used Microsoft but I/m considering using apple products in future, it seems Microsoft are almost deliberately incompatible with them
