An organization has 2 Forest.

They want to implement FIM to provision AD and others Applications. 

And they want to implement Password Reset (SSPR) but they want to have two different portals, one for each forest, whith different personalization (People from forest 1 see one portal configuration and users from forest 2 see different portal configuration).

Is it posible to configure a different portal for each forest? (or domain, because in this case both forest have one domain), or should I configure one FIMService infraestructura for each forest?

since you get no answer until know, I will give you what i have in mind of this.
So these are just some suggestions, i've never done this or hear about it.

Because you can have 2 Portal Instances on One FIM Service, I think it should possible to also install 2 Password Reset Portals.

But I think there is no way to seperate the users from the portal, since they all work on one Service.
You can just tell the users the URL to PW Portal they should use, but if they know the other URL they might also use this. Maybe you could try to hide the PW Portal to the users of the foreign Forest by using Firewall Rules.

I would give it a try to aviod having 2 FIM solutions for that small issue to archive.
