Turn Off Public Folder Sharing via GPO?

Hello,

In our organization, many computers were deployed with the following Advanced Sharing option:

Under All Networks -> Public Folder Sharing, the option "Turn on sharing so anyone with network access can read and write files in the Public Folders".  I need to change this option to "Turn off public folder sharing" on about 500 PCs.  However, I can't find the option in GPO.  Other people have asked on other forums and they haven't received correct answers.

Thanks in advance.

Hello TC610,

Based on my knowledge, there is no group policy to disable users to access advanced sharing settings

For more information, please refer to the following thread similar to this requirement.
