I have an old lap top running XP, and discovered that I have forgotten my administrator login/password details. I'm locked out!! Is there anything I can do to reconfigure the administrator account, as the other 2 users of the lap top are my teenage kids, neither of whom have admin rights, so any upgrades/updates are being ignored.
