Trying to install anti-virus, but add-ons/viruses are keeping me from doing so, help?
I am operating on xp, and trying to install an old windows live onecare that we had laying around. but there is something that keeps popping up and saying that it is a windows security alert but all it wants me to do is buy some anti-virus. i cant do anything. not even browse online. any idea on how i can instal this program but get around the viruses? i tried doing it in safe madoe, but it wont intall on safe mode. i tried everything i know how. i tried using other admin accounts, same junk pops up1 person needs an answerI do too

Contact Microsoft PCSafety at 1-866-PCSafety (1-866-727-2338) for free malware removal help. Once the computer is cleaned, you can install an antivirus program. Note that Microsoft has stopped selling Windows Live OneCare .
