Kindly uninstall the blue tooth drivers from computer and also turn off the blue tooth from keyboard. Restart the computer install blue tooth drivers if its windows 7 or vista it will automatically find the new hardware and install the drivers. Now turn on the blue tooth on the keyboard and have it sysn within range of 1 metre atleast. It shold work. If your keyword works then.. Dont forget to vote my answer as helpful..
