Trust Relationship Issue
I have a situation where I have several laptop devices, same manufacturer, different models where when the systems were built and ready for deployment we connected to our internal domain and logged in as the user to configure the applications and the machine. The machines are running Windows 7 Professional. The users have taken the machines and in their offices have connected to the network by connecting to their Cisco IP Phone 7961. The phone is connected to the network jack in the wall. After a period of time, and I don't know for sure how long, the laptop seems to establish a trust relationship with the phone such that I cannot take the laptop and connect to any other network connection on the network. It cannot see the network. If I take the phone with me and connect the phone to the network, the laptop to the phone, it works. Does anyone have any idea how to rectify this type of situation. Thanks in advance.
