Trouble with Live Mail and Windows 7
I am running Windows 7 evaluation copy 7100 and have several problems with Windows Live Mail. This is my one and only email programme and I have two accounts. My webmail provider is Windows Live Mail and this is set as default my other account is my original POP3 provider. I use my Live mail for personal emails, the other one is used for all the normal junk. I have set up Windows Live Mail to accept both of these accounts and I have put additional folders in both accounts i.e., misc. and receipts. I have noticed that over the past few weeks the Live account appears to receive all the emails that I am getting and stores them under my Live accounts settings, these messages are then duplicated in the POP3 account so I now get the same message twice. This did not happen before, the Live mail went into the Live Mail inbox and the POP3 messages went into the POP3 inbox. I am wondering if I have got everything right, I think I have as it worked OK before. I have now reverted to using Outlook 2007 for both accounts using the Outlook connector service and am wondering if I can delete the Live Mail programme from my computer. Any help would be really appreciated. David
