Ao efetuar atualizao do Windows 8, toda vez que tento efetuar um download ou assistir um vdeo do Youtube, o carregamento trava. Todas as demais funes funcionam perfeitamente. O problema ocorre somente ao baixar arquivos.

J fui orientado a desinstalar a atualizao, porm ao selecionar a atualizao, a opo desinstalar no aparece.
