Scenario: Call comes in and is answered on PC with Skype for Business client. Using the client I hit the transfer button and type in a users name, right click and select "voicemail". nothing happens. Call is not transferred to voicemail.
I have checked and exchange UM is answering and calls that are not answered are going to voicemail correctly.
This only happens if the client is using the SfB skin. If I change to the Lync 2013 the call will transfer to voicemail. This is happening on multiple systems and with multiple installs at our customers.
Has anyone resolved this issue?
