Tranfer old hotmail files to new hotmail.
My son used my hotmail two days ago under his name and password. When I tried to change back to mine, it wouldn't accept my password. I did change my password, but a message popped up instructing me to check my e-mail for instructions. Since I can't get to my e-mail, how can I check my e-mail. I'm very frustrated. So I registered in the live.com version of hotmail. I followed the instructions to transfer my other accounts to the new account. Nothing happened. Help please!1 person needs an answerI do too

Please describe how he used "your" hotmail with his username and password? That's not possible unless you've added his Windows Live ID to your Live account. Mailboxes on Windows Live (and that's Hotmail as well) are specifically tied to particular Live IDs. He can'e see your mailbox and you can't see his.If you describe what application he used to access his mail and why you think he accessed your mail account, perhaps we can figure out what's really happening.Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
