I don't understand what is that traffic......

External <> Internal Calls don't work

3478 is for AV media to work, as 443 to AV Edge service.

The port 3478 is used for the media Traffic, please refer to the port requirements for Lync 2010

Please check you configured the firewall to allow UDP/TCP ports 50000-59999 inbound and outbound.

You must open port 3478 Used for external user access to A/V sessions and media (UDP).

Also Configure the Audio/Video port range of 50,000-59,999 must take into account.

The proble was that port 3479 must be configured "send receive" on TMG, because is UDP.

Ports 5xxxx are not necessary in this situation
