The new upgrade of Windows 7 Total Safety has driven me crazy, I can not access my programs because when I try to desktop icons I get a poster precluding this action, please disable this protection or as otherwise I will have to restore my computer to an earlier date so to dispose of such problem.

I think that the "total Safety" software may actually be a malware virus that has infected your computer pretending to be something from Microsoft. I'm not sure of a Microsoft or windows 7 product with that name.
