Too Late?
Couldn't find a really logical place to ask this so I'll ask it here. MS keeps sending me emails telling me to hurry up and install ver 7 and get started enjoying all the wonderful new concepts. Trouble is, I couldn't download ver 7 because it is no longer available. MS however thinks I did, and wants me to install it.I would really like to. Alas. I'm running Vista Home Premium SP1 64-bit on an Intel DG45ID and an Intel Q8200 CPU (not that it matters in this instance).Guess my question is, will a johnny-come-lately like me have another chance to help with the evaluation phases? Thanks for your kind attention. Norm W.

Hello, Look at this page if necessary: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-7/beta-download.aspx and wait for the next step. I hope this helps.

The Windows 7 CTP for build 7000 is now closed. However the Release Candidate is due soon. You can however still get the build 7000 release on Technet or MSDN if you have access to either of these. Also, this is a very logical place to ask! Even without a Windows 7 build to try you will still find lots of interesting tips and pointers in these forums, so keep coming back!
