Tons of stuff wrong
Hello I bought my mother a refirbished Acer Aspire anything you need to know about it is here. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=230856440271&ssPageName=ADME:X:AAQ:US:1123#ht_2327wt_932 When i got the computer, I did a system restore but lost power in the middle of it >.> it did not come with discs so I got a copy offline. now that its time to use the computer, I try to connect to the internet and the Wireless is telling me that the settings are wrong, when i confirmed many times it is correct, and my Ethernet connection just wont read at all. to top it off im getting several different fatal errors and force restarts, and blue screens. I first thought it was a virus, but I was told that because I reinstalled windows this can not be the case. I can not be any more confused =/

Hi, You may try to restore the computer to factory settings. We need dump files to analyze the BSOD issue. Please upload the dump file in the \Windows\Minidump folder and post the link here.Tracy Cai TechNet Community Support
