To watch a video,(duration 5 min.)Adobe says I need to upgrade. I did this but the installation__won't finalize until I close W.live & Windows messenger. Is this possible or is it a bad idea?

Try the below methods to upgrade adobe flash player: Method 1:Boot the computer in clean boot state and then try to install the flash.
