this is not available in Reports by default. but the date will be there in Database. you can get a 3rd party reporting tool to extract the data from the SQL database.

But in case you can develop and write a UCMA application that monitors all the Lync Users and writes the information to an SQL database by yourself if you want to complete this functionality.
