Navigate to the following key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced 3. Right click on Advanced key and choose New -> DWORD value, name it as ExtendedUIHoverTime 4. Double-click on ExtendedUIHoverTime and enter the desired value.
