This is for my friend. She has a Gateway 420GR & she installed WindowsXP Home Edition & now she no longer has an IP Address, internet access, and her speakers don't work. Why? Also is there a telephone # she can call?

She probably need to install the drivers from gateway, specific to her PC modelhttp://support.gateway.com/support/drivers/search.asp?st=pn&param=4053
