Hello,

I got a call from a user that got the following warning:

It seems that Windows requires a certain password/cryptographic key to unlock 'something' (what it unlocks, is not known to me).

Is it a cause of a program running in the background or are there other causes that contributed to this pop up screen?

Hi,

The password should be correspond with wachtwoord, is it a user account on this system? If not, in my opinion, it would be better to contact the administrator or the application developer for further assis
