There is a small but unpleasant bug, who should I call to fix it?
There is a bug since Vista SP1 (IMHO). And it is still there in Vista SP2 and in every Win 7 build I tried. The beta, 7100, 7127, 7137, 7201, 7260 (yes, some of them are unofficial, just focus on the problem now, okay?).The problem goes like this:1 I set two folder options: "Launch folder windows in a separate process" and "Restore previous folder windows at logon" (i change more things but they should be unrelated acording to my tests)2 I open a window (any window, like control panel or exploring C drive)3 I restart the computer (that window will be remebered to be opened next time I log in)4 After Ilog in, the explorer freezes if I click anywhere on the desktop5 Solution is to wait atleast 30 seconds, so the "remebered" windows will be restoredIn case the explorer freezes (step no4)and I choose to kill it (check for a solution and restart it), the new explorer will have the same issue.Just let me know if this is something I do wrong or I can callsomeone whocan fix it.Tried on more computers, doesn't seems to have some relation with HW.
