Hello, There are about 50 workstations in our company and on the same domain. OS is Windows 7. Suddenly, users who have never logged on to certain workstation are receiving following error and this is not all workstations.. ---Error message--- The user profile service Service failed the log on. User profile can not be loaded. --------END--------- I've checked this. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947215 However, user never log on to the workstation. So profile has never created.. When I logged in the workstation as Network admin, temporary account had been created and I've never logged onto that workstation. This is suddenly happened. One of our workstation was like couple users were able to log on and then next user tried to log on, suddenly shows above error. I can not figure out when it will be happened. Same image is installed on all workstation via MDT2010. If anyone has any idea why it happens, please advice. I really appreciate your time.

Hi, Does this user have a roaming profile? If not, the user doesn't have administrative privileges to create their own profile. You as an admin can grate it for them. run - systempropertiesadvanced.exe Then click on "profile > settings" - Click to highlight "Default Profile" and click the Copy To... Button. Type the "Copy to" location as C:\users\(users name here) Then click on the "Permitted to use" button and find that users name in AD. It will take only short moments to copy. Then try to login. Furthermore, in order to narrow down the issue, I suggest to disjoin the domain, and use local account to login and check if the same issue occurs. And this link may helpful to you: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-security/user-cannot-logon-to-new-windows-7-pc-error-the/0500265c-d228-47e4-9246-34aafcec11a5 Hope that helps.
