The update on 8/28 killed my Linksys Wireless N adapter
When I reboot and login, it flashes as if it is 'on' for a few seconds, then seems to lose power. In all USB ports. It was working fine before today. The only change to my system came in the middle of the night when you gave me an update and rebooted my machine, I don't have the KB off the top of my head, but something about making sure shared folders still worked when upgraded to other version of Windows 7? At any rate, you killed my Linksys WUSB600N card and I can't use my machine, which is unfortunate. I don't have a 1,345ft cable to run to that computer either. I tried installing the Linksys drivers for the card, but 'you' keep telling me your drivers are superior and I'm all up-to-date. Is there a way I can 'force' the Linksys drivers over your drivers to see if that works? Pretty desperate here, that killed me.
