When I am Trying to open Mocrosoft Lync 2013. It's showing an error msg. as follows:-

The program can't start because RtmMvrAs.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Plz. Help me how to resolve this error .

First try an repair of Lync 2013/Office 2013 Pro Plus through Programs & Features.

If that fails and if it is a standalone Lync 2013 installation, uninstall it and then re-install.

If it is part of Office 2013 Pro Plus opposed to Standalone - from Programs & Features select Change and then Add/Remove components. Remove Lync 2013 (select the down arrow and click "Not Available". Once removed, repeat this process but this time adding it back in.

Did you solve the issue with the help of Georg provided above.

From the error message above, it seems the issue is about RtmMvrAs.dll. You can try to copy the .dll file from a well-worked Lync client file, and then override the issued file, then test the issue again.
