The network administrator has disabled the connection to this network for you.
Hello Guys I have a problem with my notebook (Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit, HP 6730b device,Microsoft Security Essentials installed). For some time, a red cross is standing next to the available wireless networks. If I then want to use one of these by clicking on it, I get the following message: "The network administrator has disabled the connection to this network for you." (Translated from german, hope you understand the meaning of it) As a solution I tried the CLI command: netsh wlan delete filter permission = "Deny" network type = "infrastructure" , unfortunately without success. Do you have any idea? Best regards paeddu

Hi, Do you mean that you cannot connect any wireless networks? To make it clear, please upload related screenshot to SkyDrive. According to your description, I suspect the information is “Your network administrator is blocking access to certain networks”. You could refer to the following article: Why can’t I find a wireless network?
