This doesn't seem right! What programme are you using when the error occurs?Does the same error occur after you have restarted your computer? Hope this helps, Gerry Cornell

yes i am positive the message says that. I dont understand it either. It comes up as soon as i turn on my laptop. At the start of this problem it came up when i wanted to use the internet, And it just shut the window down. I then went back onto it and it didnt bother comeing up again untill a few minuits later it would do it again. But now it dose it as soon as i turn my laptop on every time, and gets rid of the task bar, and desktop icons which isnt helpfull.

Have a look in the System and Application logs in Event Viewer forErrors and Warnings and post copies here. Don't post any more than 48hours ago.You can access Event Viewer by selecting Start, Control Panel,Administrative Tools, and Event Viewer. When researching the meaningof the error, information regarding Event ID, Source and Descriptionare important.A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and doubleclick on the error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is abutton resembling two pages. Click the button and close EventViewer. Now start your message (email) and do a paste into the body ofthe message. Make sure this is the first paste after exiting fromEvent Viewer.Hope this helps, Gerry Cornell
