The free training from microsoft after buy the comp from staples
Its not easy getting there. The flyer they give you with the info will not take you there. I had to call staples and even he was having a hard time finding the site. But we finally did. Forget the here's how they gave you. This is what you have to do...... https//www.staples.com/sbd/cre/marketing/microsoft/online-training/index.html yes that is the long way there. Also when you get there you may miss it if you don't look just right. It will be on the left side of the page kind of under some other things. Enter your promo code and it will take you there. Hope this helps. I told the guy I spoke with that I was going to post his so everyone else that was having this issue could find it easier, Bonnie

I can't even get to the page. The guy at Staples customer service couldn't, either, so he transferred me to someone at microsoft. the guy at microsoft could access the page but he couldn't figure out why I could not access it. staples sucks.

I bought my laptop today and received a card from the rep! I had a little trouble initially when looking at the card too, and found this website. I guess I was typing the website into the google search and it was not providing me with the correct results. Here are the steps I took after speaking with a Staples representative. Simply go to: http://www.staples.com/microsofttraining it will take you to a new page that says, "Welcome to your free Microsoft training" Below you will find a box where you should type in your activation/promo code. After you type in the version you were looking for, click on either Windows 7 or click on Office 2010. After clicking on either one of them, a pop-up window will appear.
