Booting up very slow. Internet connections even slower. Plenty of memory and ram. On hughesnet...reset the moden. Don't know what the atapi PCIIde is. Condition has been occuring since 11/29. Ran malware and spyware.Thanks1 person needs an answerI do too

Hi, Method 1.Since the issue started occurring recently you can restore the computer to a previous state.Refer:How to restore Windows XP to a previous statehttp://support.microsoft.com/kb/306084Method 2.I found most of this error message occurs on Toshiba computers.
