Hey LFloro, Thanks for visiting the Windows Xp forums I was wondering how long has this issue been happening? What virus scan are you running at the moment? Does it have a option called “email scanning”? If so refer to your antivirus help on how to disable “email scanning”? Also what email program are you using to send out your emails. Hi Shawn,I tried the suggestion in the article - it didn't work. It referred to MSN mail and didn't make a difference - I got the same error. Any other ideas? Thanks for the effort!Tom and Linda

Hi Tom and Linda, Thanks for replying. You are getting this error when sending one email alone? When you log into your Live mail client does hotmail come up to where you see all your folders and email?
