I am running win 8.1

I have reloaded my PC now several times. After reload everything works fine. All apps.

Then I get the following error. When I get this error none of the apps work.

Please help me or advise me on what to do?

I suggest you re-upload the screenshot.

If you cannot upload the screenshot, you may post the error message in the thread.

Meanwhile, let us try using  App troubleshooter, which can automatically find and fix some problems with apps.
