The TV Screen is BLANK while using MIRACAST
Hello

I use a HP Envy M6 notebook with windows 8.1 and I'm able to connect to my Sony Bravia W802A TV which is "MIRACAST" certified I was able to use the feature seamlessly for the past two days and today when I tried to connect, this is what happens I connect to the TV using the charms Menu method , the TV displays the pin and after the connection takes place the TV display turns blank I can only hear the sound being played on my laptop through the TV speakers .I immediately tried to sort out the issue by toggling between the four "Project" options but it still doesn't show up   .I tried re-installing the graphics driver but still no luck .And by the way, I was able to get it working until  two days back .I don't understand what is stopping it to function like before I wanted to check weather the problem was on the receiver side so I did reset my TV and then tried still it doesn't show any picture  but my TV connects perfectly with my android phone without any issues every time I tried So I did a system restore on my notebook yesterday and then tried connecting but still only sound no picture on my TV  I can certainly see that I have the right hardware and software as it was working for that brief period of time. Any suggestions would be very helpful !!

please update with the result, also my suggestion also follow up with intel for this issue

Hello

I did completely re-install all the possible devices with the latest available drivers but still it doesn't seem to work except a very few times though I can't really understand what's wrong with my setup .I know there is no problem with the receiver end as it perfectly mirrors my android phone

may I now the refresh rate and screen resolution of your android? maybe try to change your PC refresh rate and resolution, change to the same setting with your android.

I just check this article about the setting, maybe you will find information here

http://blogs.windows.com/windows/b/windowsexperience/archive/2013/11/12/windows-8-1-on-your-big-screen-with-miracast.aspx

And try using this software

For me, this  is consider new technology and 8.1 still fresh from the oven, you will encounter some issue with this as I found from many sources from the internet.

Hope you will find the way to solved this issue and the reason why you facing this issue asap
