I am using window 8...and i cannot open the file normally and because The System cannot find the file specified...how can i sovle tis problem...

Can you copy this file to another location and open it properly?

Normally, if one file cannot be accessed, the causes can be:

1. File corrupted.

2. Permission issues.

3. Environment Variables settings are changed (If you use any environment variables to access the file)
