When I use the internet on my windows 8 laptop, it will randomly refresh the page, causing me to lose what I'm doing (e.g if I am filling in a form the will wipe the form and I will have to start again, or if I am reading a journal, I end up have to log into the site again, and major one is when on google maps, I can never get to the place I'm trying to see as it always refreshes the page and ends up back at full extent!)

I am unsure if it is something with the way it is set up or if there is a fault with the laptop.

1. Which web browser are you using?

2. Do you face any issue while opening other websites?

I suggest you run internet Explorer in no add-ons mode and check if the issue occur.

Press Win+X,type the following command,and press enter.

"%ProgramFiles%\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -extoff
