Hi.

I am using Windows 8.1 and have a text wrapping problem using MS Word 2013.

With type inserted inside a text box, the text will not wrap. I have tried many options before contacting Microsoft. With text outside the text box all is well, and the text wraps accordingly.

How, or what settings must I alter to get text to wrap inside a text box?

Did the text wrapping work correctly before ?

If it worked correctly before ,we can try to open the word in safe mode to verify whether this issue is caused by the add-ons .
To open the word in safe mode:press the CTRL key and then click on a Word document to open or run "winword.exe /safe "
If the persists ,we can try to fix the installation to have a check.
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features ,right click the 2013 office and choose "Change" then choose fix .
Considering it is more likely an Office issue,it is recommended to ask for help from our Office Forum for help .
