I installed Win 7 RC everything works but after the first start it always asks " DO you want to activte Win 7" but its not possible.Its now my 3rd installation but with the 2nd version and the 4th Key but its not possible...

What build number of win7 RC have you installed? I don't get what you mean by the "2nd version".Hello! Click "Win+Break" or just open the System Properties window. Click "Change product key" button, re-enter your W7 product key and reactivate your system, or you can activate your system by phone: press "Win+R" and type slui 4, click "OK", or try to obtain a new product key for your RC(x32 or x64)here.Hope it helps. Sorry i tried all these things.And "2nd version" was just that i downloaded it 2 times ( 3 days ago)Everytime i want to activte it i get the message 0xC004E003 Software licensing problem ....

Lich7wesen,have youtried to activate your W7 RCby phone? Try to reset your license status, open Start - Programs - Accesories -right-click Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator, enter slmgr.vbs -rearm and hit Enter, restart your computer andreactivate your W7 copy. My English is not very well.

Yep it didn't accepted the key i got through the phone ....

As I know this problem occurs if the license is not signed correctly. There are many reasons. Maybe it is some kind of your 3rd party security software, for example, or a common license failure... My English is not very well.
