Test-CSphonebootstrap Error

Ok, I have fun setup very complex and I plan on simplifying when I can. I have Cisco doing the DHCP now and I have Sangoma Lync Express boxes. ("Lync in a BOX"). I have had lots of issues between all the Cisco routing and DHCP. This is my last peice I hope. I am trying to get the phones to login with out a PC and it is not working so I ran this Test-CSphonebootstrap and this is the error I am getting:

I don't know why it is trying to send it to a NIC that does not have an IP. I am in the process of setting up a Windows DHCP But I am hoping some one can help me rule that out at this point. Everything works if I use a USB from the PC to the phone.

You need to configure DHCP options to enable sign-in for IP phones.

Check out Jeff's article to configure it.
