Terrible eye strain and vision problems

HP recently gave me a replacement to a Pavillion w/ Windows 7.

The brand new twice as expensive laptop had 8.1

For two weeks the screen was hazy, they replace the monitor, then sent me a new computer.

It too was hazy although less.  After 2 weeks my eyes hurt so bad, I returned it and kept my old 7.1 which is quite clear and sharp.

My eyes are having serious issues, I always had 20x20.  Now there is strain in my eyes and my vision is hampered.

I want to sue.......

What can I do??????  Where to begin????

I even went to Best Buy and looked at 3 HP's two of them were completely hazed the $1000 one was clear.

But all were 8.1.  This is a serious problem.

Are you kidding, sue, you need actual proof that this was caused from what you claim.

Ok to start with the suit. Go online and download a statement of claim. Fill that out.

Next you need all the parties involved, you need to fill out a affidavit of serve and show the clerk proof you served the parties, the statement of claim, you do that with the, AFFIDAVID OF SERVICE. AT the same time file your statement of claim and affidavit of service.

Or you can spend 20 grand 5000 now, 5000 after 3 months, for a lawyer . If you have no proof . MS will counter sue you for a false claim. Now your in knee deep of crap. MS will start this as soon as you send in the statement of claim.

MS will file a statement of defense, with a statement of claim against you. There are consequences filing a claim with no proof. You need a lawyer. I can see you are very poor and cannot afford a lawyer.

If you have the proof, I will buy you the lawyer. You will need to sign me 75 percent contract.

Look up the specifications for your particular computer model's display.  Specifically, find out what the "native" screen resolution is.  All LCDs have a "native" or "for best results" or "recommended" resolution.  It will be expressed in pixels (e.g., something like "1366 x 768 pixels").

Now, with the computer on and showing the desktop, right-click in an open space on the desktop and choose Screen Resolution.

Does the displayed Resolution: value you see there match your native screen resolution?

If not, and you change it to make it match, then OK out of the dialog, does it look better?

Wow,

I did not see these replies.  I'm wondering why this person "can see, that I am very poor".... I have tried attorneys, but no one is willing to take the case without direct causation by a doctor.

My eyes are still injured some 6 months later, and I am still pursuing.  Seeing many specialists and have personally spent over $7000 in treatments (in addition to what my insurance covers).

If someone could recommend an attorney (consumer affairs) who might help?  And not consider that I am poor, just looking for direction.
