Terminal Service not enabled
I downloaded McAfee total protection in October. It would work for a day or two, then I would get a message that the updates would not run. I have uninstalled & installed four times, contacted McAfee three times. The last time I contacted them, I was told that Windows Terminal Services is not running. It is disabled and that is why the critical updates for McAfee will not download. I was told by McAfee that I had to contact Microsoft to have Terminal Services enabled again.

Hi,· Are you able to install Windows Update on the system without any issues? I would suggest you to check whether the terminal service is enabled on the system or not. Follow the steps mentioned below.a. Click on Start and click on Run.b. Type services.msc in the run box and press enter to open the services window.c. Locate the Terminal service on the system and right click on it.d. Set the startup type to automatic and then click on Apply and then ok.e. Now check whether you are able to download the update for the McAfee on the system. Thank you and Regards.
