I have a HP Pavilion DV9420us laptop. I upgraded from Vista to W7 which did not go well. On July 22, 2010, I downloaded the lastest update for W7 and lost my Nework Adaptor. When I look at my devices, the display shows the laptop in an error state and tell me the Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface, two Base system Devices and Coprocessor are in an error state. How do I resolve this issue and get back on to the Net. I try and external Cisco adaptor and still could not find a port or avenue to get out.. please help. Doug

Hi gobigred62, Please first try System Restore to see if the issue can be resolved by restoring the system to the previous status. If the issue persists, uninstall the network adapter driver from Device Manager and then install the latest driver for your device to check the result: 1. Click the Start Button, type Device Manager in the Search bar and press "Enter". Click Continue if necessary. 2. Double click to expand the Network adapters. 3. Right click the network adapter and click "Uninstall". 4. Restart the computer. Please check if the issue can be resolved. If not, download the network adapter driver from another computer and then install it to see if it can be fixed. Linda, thank you the response.How ever, all investigation identifies that there are no network drivers anywhere on the laptop now. Also, W7 will not all a restoral point fix. I have tried twice. Also,HP does not seem to support W7 anything of there website. Under the Device folder, I have a exclamation mark against the laptop and two other devices and co-processor. Now what.. gobigred62
