Ok, so my computer randomly turned strange last week. AFter that point could no longer log in to my main user, with all my documents and programs.
I ran a few startup tests and BIOS tests and got the results: Hard Drive Quick 1 (303), but earlier today my computer overheated and wouldnt boot, so startup repair (system repair) Sorted the problems that it found, among which I assume is the Hard Drive
303 error.
Now I can log into my main user, but it creates a temporary user profile that has none of my files accesible. I've tried restarting, logging off and back in etc and it just doesn't make a difference.

Is there a way to recover my user profile without losing all my files and programs? A lot of them are for school regarding coursework etc, and I badly need them...

I appreciate any help that comes this way!

I would recommend to take hdd from your computer and insert it into another computer. Recovery of important files follows. If there are any problems with file recovery, program Recuva would help

The longer you let hdd in faulty computer, the larger is a change that you loss more files.
