Temporary freezing

Dear all,

I am experiencing a strange temporary freezing issue on my laptop.  It is most noticeable when I watch videos or listen to audio; it will happen approximately every 1.5min for a couple of seconds.  I ran multiple diagnostics through Dell support, ran anti-virus scans, did an iolo system checkup, etc.  It's time to turn to the experts.  Any advice on how to diagnose and fix this issue would be much appreciated.  Thanks!

Castralvy

This is related to Dell data vault and Norton.  I would remove both and use the built in defender in Nortons place.  The below shows where Dell data safe is delaying the UI
