Temporary Internet Objects/Downloaded Program Files
Temporary Internet Objects/Downloaded Program files: I regularly clear the Temp Internet Files/cookies but never the Temp Objects/Program files. The reason being is that the 'last accessed date' is always showing the day I am viewing them. I was under impression that these were initially downloaded to the Temp file before being uploaded to a designated drive, ie C. If so, can these now be deleted? I did not want to do this if it meant that it would interfere with the day to day running of my PC/accessing certain programs. The Program files consist of such programs as JavaRuntimeEnvironment, ParallelGraphics Cortona, MessengerStatsClient, ShockwaveActiveX and others. Most say 'installed' and a creation date, but a few say 'damaged'. Apologies if this question is basic but appreciate any thoughts on this issue. Thanks - Keith-Shenstone1 person needs an answerI do too
