Temporary Files Can't Be Deleted b/c of Microsoft Client Virtualization Handler
I'm trying to clean up my computer since my computer ran a check up AVG detected junk files aka temp files. I'm going through and now two of my temporary files can't be deleted because Handler has them open and I'm not sure if I can close that program without having issues. Is it okay to end that process and then try to delete those files or should I just leave them be?

You can try to boot in Safe Mode and delete it. However it will be recreated because of the requirement of the program. It does not make any sense to delete a temp file that is in use. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
