Hi, I am using TMG server (with Edge) & and I have SCOM Gateway server internall to monitor all internal servers.

I want to monitor Edge server as well using SCOM Agent 2007 R2.

I created two firewall rules like below

DMZ-SCOM: (Working Fine)

Souce: Local Host

Destination: Internal

Protocols: system center SCOM Manager Agent Installation (5724)

system center SCOM Manager Agent (5723)

Result: I did telnet from TMG server to SCOM gateway server. It is working fine and logs i checked it used DMZ-SCOM firewall rule.

(the connection initiated and after 5 sec the connection closed)

DMZ-SCOM: (NotWorking Fine)

Souce: Internal

Destination: Local Host

Protocols: system center SCOM Manager Agent Installation (5724) & system center SCOM Manager Agent (5723)

Result: I did telnet from SCOM gateway server to TMG server. It is not working and got error could not connect with server. and logs i checked it used SCOM-DMZ firewall rule.

(the connection initiated when i do telnet and after immediately sec the connection closed)
