Hello,

So my task bar is unresponsive to add folders to it. When i drag a folder it has a red circle with a line through it. I tried going into gpedit.msc and modified the "Remove pinned programs from the Taskbar" and disabled the "Do not allow pinned programs to the Taskbar. Also when i right click on any folder the "pin to taskbar" option is not available

I would like to suggest you to create another user account with administrative privileges  and check for the issue.
