I keep my taskbar at the top of my screen. Some programs, e.g., Windows Media Player, start at the very top of the screen and thus the Media Player's top bar (the title bar? -- the bar you grab to move it and where the Close, Maximize and Minimize buttons are) ends up behind the Taskbar and is inaccessible. If I resize the Media Player it jumps to what I consider the "correct" position, i.e., immediately below the Taskbar with all controls accessible. I hope this will be addressed in some future revision. It may well be a Media Player problem because all other programs re-open to where they were the last time I closed them. Win 7 Pro 64-Bit V6.1 (Build 7600) Windows Media Player -- I can't see how to get a version number off of it.

I have the same problem in Windows XP SP 3 ... probably taskbar at top hasn't gone through much testing :)
