Task Manager showing Hundreds of the process vdsldr.exe running
I am running Win 7. I am getting hundreds and hundreds of the process vdsldr.exe running. All around 200 kb. I defrag every night and get this condidtion every morning. Computer is VERY slow and doesn't respond to a Restart
or shut down request. I have to power down to reboot. I have 12 GB of ram.

Vdsldr.exe is a Virtual Disk Service Loader.
Make sure you have no broken Windows components by using

Also you may troubleshoot in Clean Boot Mode.
